The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner alongwith other seven accused persons, variously armed came and started assaulting informant and when cousin of informant namely Subodh and Deepak came, they were also assaulted by the accused persons. This petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by means of rod on his head causing injury.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to dispute over drainage between the parties, a simple Maarpit took place. The injury caused by this petitioner on the head of informant is simple in nature. There is case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30232 of 2022(2) dt.29-09-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 202 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
