This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 25.06.2020 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 87311 of 2019, whereby the petitioner was granted bail subject to his surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks.

The petitioner could not surrender within the aforesaid period of time.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer is allowed.

The order dated 25.06.2020 is modified to the

No.31981 of 2020(2) dt.18-01-2021 2/2 extent that if the petitioner now surrenders before the court below within a further period of six weeks to be counted from today, he shall be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria P. S. Case No. 718 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
