The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Town P. S. Case No. 09 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 195 (A), 341, 323, 379, 427 & 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the informant with his son was returning home from court after making pairvy in a case, co-accused Satyam Kumar torn the Kurta of the informant and co-accused Ranjeet Kumar snatched Rs. 4800/- from the pocket of the informant. Against the petitioner there is no specific allegation. Submission is of false implication and that both the parties are on litigating terms as case is pending against them. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51986 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 been allowed pre-arrest bail vide Cr. Misc. no. 38787 of 2017 and as such the petitioner also deserves sympathetic consideration.

Learned APP fairly submits that co-accused have been allowed pre-arrest bail.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner above named, in case of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 9 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
