This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No.59 of 2025 registered for the offence under section 309(4) of the B.N.S., 2023. Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.09.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.63523 of 2025.

As per the F.I.R., unknown criminals have looted one mobile, motorcycle and Rs.80,000/- from the informant on gun point.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2025.

During investigation, it has come that the petitioner was involved in the crime and the self-inculpatory statement of the petitioner was also recorded. 6.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also the fact that no fresh ground to review my earlier order is made out, this bail application is rejected.
