The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 259 of 2016 registered under Sections 498A and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that marriage of sister of informant was performed with Dipu Das, son of Hari Das, before five years. After some time, sister of informant was being tortured for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry then the matter was pacified in Panchayat. On 13.09.2016, informant received information about causing death of his sister by pressing her neck by her husband and in-laws. Thereafter, informant rushed at the Sasural house of his sister then Dipu Das, Hari Das and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27103 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 this petitioner, who are husband, father-in-law and mother-inlaw of the deceased, told that his sister has committed suicide. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased, sister of the informant, and she used to reside at her Maika house, as she is alone issue of her parents and on the date of occurrence, she was at her Maika house and on hearing about the occurrence, she came at her Sasural. Moreover, Dipu Das, husband of the deceased, is already in custody since 14.09.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-XI, Gaya, in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 259 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
