1. The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 03.11.2022, passed in CWJC No.17987 of 2021 to the extent that the Plot No.2585 be directed to be read as Plot No.2583.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of inadvertence, the plot number had been wrongly

Patna High Court MJC No.1267 of 2023(3) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 mentioned in the writ petition as Plot No.2585, instead of Plot No.2583, resulting in incorrect plot number being mentioned in the aforesaid order dated 03.11.2022, hence the same be corrected.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also taking into account the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the plot number mentioned in the order dated 03.11.2022 be read as Plot No.2583, instead of Plot No.2585, subject to just exceptions.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
