The present petition has been filed for restoration of a petition bearing Cr. Misc. No.72183 of 2022, which has stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 06.02.2023.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submits that the defects pointed out by the registry has now been removed, which could not be removed earlier on account of inadvertence on part of the office of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

No.32850 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as also considering the averments made in the present petition, though I deem it fit and proper to restore the aforesaid petition bearing Cr. Misc. No.72183 of 2022 to its original file, however, subject to verification by the registry as to whether the defect in question has been removed or not.

The present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
