The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3526 of 2018 registered under Sections 120(B)/467/468/471/406/409/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected vide order dated 25.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50409 of 2021. Further he submits that the fresh ground for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner is

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 3526 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
