Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.9435 of 2015(3) dt.13-11-2019 2/2 benefit of second MACP has been granted to the petitioners. It is submitted that, during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners have become eligible for claiming increment under the third MACP Scheme.

Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Authority for grant of the same. If the petitioners make a representation for grant of the said benefit to respondent No 3 (Director (Press & Stationary), Finance Department, Government of Bihar, Patna within four weeks, the same shall be considered and a reasoned and speaking orders shall be passed in accordance with law thereupon having regard to the petitioners' entitlement. If the petitioners are entitled to any financial benefits, the same should also be paid, expeditiously and without any undue delay.

It is expected that respondent No 3 shall pass the order and complete the process indicated above within a period of three months from the date of submission of the representation, along with a copy of this order. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) M.E.H./- U
