1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The learned AP.P, at the outset, submits that petitioner has antecedent of 12 cases, out of which, eight cases are under the Excise and petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2026 and learned A.P.P. submits that apart from recovery of liquor, it is alleged that arms and cartridges were also recovered from the apprehended accused, who disclosed the name of the petitioner, on which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner was not arrested from the spot, as such, nothing was recovered from his conscious possession and his name transpired based on the confessional statement of apprehended accused in police custody which does not have any evidentiary value, on which

3. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present regular bail application with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

4. Permission is accorded.
