The petitioner seeks bail in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 30 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 420 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a), 38(1) and 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Total 1022 liters & 750 ml. of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from the car and house of the petitioner and petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the spot. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 28.03.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II cum Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 30 of 2021.
