The petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2022 in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No.25 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a)(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2021.

There is recovery of 4000 litres Jawa Mahua kept in plastic Jar and 195 litres of country made liquor from the forest area.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has one antecedent of similar nature and he is in custody since 09.03.2022, he shall be released on bail, after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30803 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-IV-cum-Special Excise Court No.1, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No.25 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Chanan Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
