JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-01-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to file regular bail petition.

Accordingly, it is directed that in case the petitioners approach the trial court by surrendering within a period of four weeks from today and file a regular bail petition, the same would be disposed off on the same day considering the fact that the Police has filed charge sheet dated 31.12.2017 but the same has not been filed against the petitioners herein under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, hence the accusation under Section 307 IPC has been found to be false. The learned trial court is also directed to consider the factum of compromise having taken place,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61086 of 2017 (3) dt.24-01-2018 2/2 in case the compromise found to be authentic and consider the prayer for regular bail liberally.
