Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Huge quantity of liquor was recovered from the vehicle as well as house of the petitioners. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 16.03.2019.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation against the petitioners on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31966 of 2019(2) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Excise Case No. 54 of 2019, with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
