2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 04.11.2016 passed Ishachak P.S. No. 153 of 2016 by which learned A.C.J.M., IIIrd, Bhagalpur has most arbitrarily & quite erroneously directed the petitioners to face trial under Sections 147, 149, 323, 279, 337, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
