The learned counsel for the State-
Patna High Court MJC No.3888 of 2012 (35) dt.04-05-2016 respondents are present.
It appears that the M.J.C.No.3888/2012, M.J.C.No.3847/2012 and M.J.C.No.4127/2012 have been placed together. These three applications have been filed praying for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the respondents for willful deliberate disobedience of the common order dated 29.06.2012 passed in C.W.J.C.No.2721/2012 alongwith C.W.J.C.No.3949/2012 and other analogous writ petitions. It appears from the order dated 30.03.2016 that the submission was made on behalf of the petitioners that the letters patent appeal preferred against the order passed in the aforesaid writ petitions has been allowed. However, the matter was adjourned on the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground that the copy of the order passed in the letters patent appeal has still not been supplied to the petitioners.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in M.J.C.No.3847/2012 has prayed to withdraw the application and the said prayer has been allowed. No body has appeared on behalf of the petitioners as mentioned above in the remaining two cases i.e. M.J.C.No.3888/2012 and M.J.C.No.4127/2012.
