JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018, dated 11.04.2018, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

After the murder of the husband of the informant, it has been alleged that she was being pressurized to compound the case with the accused

In that connection, it has further been alleged that the petitioner once came to her house and threatened her of dire consequences in case she did not compound the case with the accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has got no concern with the accused persons of the case which has been lodged for the murder of the husband of the informant. At the relevant time, the petitioner had come from Bangalore to make preparations for the solemnization of the marriage of his daughter. No evidence has been collected during the course of investigation, it has been argued, to drive home the charges which have been levelled against the petitioner.

The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-XIII, Saran at Chapra in
