The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) To quash the final result of Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment) (hereinafter referred as the Selection Board) published in the daily newspaper on 23.06.2015, for which vacancies had been issued vide Advertisement No.01/2014, as the same is result of mass bungling and malpractice by the successful candidates and Member/Chairman of the Selection Board as

Patna High Court CWJC No.10665 of 2015(2) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 contained in annexure-6 to this application.

(ii) To hold proper enquiry/investigation from any independent agency so that the mass bungling committed during the entire process of selection may be unfolded, and iii) Further, dispose off the pending application, stay the joining of successful candidates, whose roll numbers have been published in the impugned result. "

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent- Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment), Bihar, Patna, submits that the petitioner has failed to obtain the minimum cut-off marks in her category, which is 120, inasmuch as she has obtained only 114 marks, hence she has not been selected, thus, there is no merit in the present writ petition. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if that be the factual matrix, then the writ petition be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
