Here is a peculiar case where the order of transfer has not been challenged rather the petitioner want his records including the Service-Book to be transferred at his new place of posting. The records and the Service Book of the petitioner if not already has been transferred at the transferred place must be sent at the transferred place.

Subject to the aforementioned direction, this application is disposed of.
