1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 452, 380, 354, 504 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 7/8 of the POCSO Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent.
4. The informant alleges that Md. Mojibul and Md. Nasarul molested her daughters when they had gone to pick chillies and when she along with her husband went to the house of the accused persons, they abused and tried to assault them, further accused assaulted her, her husband and daughter.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case being relatives of Md. Mojibul and Md. Nasarul, it is next submitted that allegation of molesting the daughters of the informant is against named accused persons and the petitioners, being their relatives, came to be implicated with general and omnibus allegation.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
