JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 24.07.2012, contained in Memo No. 604 dated 25.07.2012 passed in Objection Case No. 135/2011 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Darbhanga. Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of
Patna High Court CWJC No.23308 of 2012 (5) dt.14-11-2017 2/2 the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
