For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Advocate For the University : Mr. Ajay Behari Sinha, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Keeping in view the compliance reported by the respondents and the order passed on 01.08.2017 as contained in Annexure-B to the supplementary show cause indicating payment made to the petitioner along with interest as indicated therein to the tune of Rs. 3,82,113/-, now on account of non-payment of interest correctly or error of calculation in the payment of interest, this Court is not inclined to initiate action for contempt against the respondents as substantial compliance of the order has been made. The petitioner, in case he has any grievance with regard to calculation of interest, may represent to the University concerned and thereafter take recourse to the remedy as may be available under law for payment of the same.
