In view of the amendments made in the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009, the counsel for the petitioner has fairly stated that the land Tribunal constituted under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act shall now have jurisdiction to entertain the application/appeal filed against the order or the Divisional Commissioner. He, therefore, seeks permission of the Court to approach the Tribunal against the said order of the Divisional Commissioner after seeking condonation of delay, if any, on a

Patna High Court CWJC No.20893 of 2013 (2) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 ground that the petitioner had been bonafidely pursuing the remedy before this Court.
