JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-08-2019 The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents authority to remove the brick soling road from the land of the petitioner which has been illegally constructed by the Mukhiya and Panchayat Sachiv without measurement and without consent of the petitioner.

(ii) For further direction to the respondents authority to hold an enquiry against the Mukhiya and Panchayat Sachiv who have

(iii) For further direction to the RespondentsAuthority to pay compensation for illegal construction/utilization of the land of the petitioner and for harassment.

(iv) And for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted liberty to file a representation before the respondent no. 3 and the respondent no. 3 may be directed to dispose off the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no. 3 regarding his grievances raised in the writ petition, as aforesaid, within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 3 is directed to dispose off the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
