JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-11-2016 In view of order dated 26.10.2016, a supplementary show cause has been filed by Opp.Party no.3/ Civil Surgeon-cumSecretary, District Health Samittee, Muzaffarpur. In the show cause, a specific stand has been taken that earlier out of total amount of Rs.1,53,000/-, the petitioner was paid Rs.30,000/-. In respect of remaining amount , Opp.Party no.3 had taken all efforts to hand over a cheque amounting to Rs.1,23,000/- to the petitioner, but on one reason or the other, the petitioner had not received the same. Thereafter, a stand was taken to hand over the said cheque through learned counsel of the petitioner in the Court. Accordingly, in Court, learned AC to SC-26 has produced cheque no.908594 dated 18.11.2016 of Allahabad Bank

Patna High Court MJC No.1824 of 2016 (5) dt.30-11-2016 2/2 amounting to Rs. 1,23,000/-. Same was accepted by Sri Arun Kumar learned counsel for the petitioner.

Since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, there is no reason to further keep the matter pending. The petition stands disposed of.
