Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 157 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302/34 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Finding no evidence against the petitioner, the Police exonerated him and submitted final form but the Court below differing with the same, has taken cognizance against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Case No. 157 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
