The learned counsel for the petitioner states that for the period of suspension he has not been paid his full remuneration, and even after revocation of suspension, he has not been paid any remuneration. Unfortunately, those pleadings are not in the writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.25162 of 2013 (5) dt.20-03-2015 2 / 2 application; no direction can be issued. But, it is for the authorities to consider once suspension has been revoked, payments have to be made, unless there is an order passed by competent authority for any reason to withhold payment.
