JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 02-05-2017 While disposing of C.W.J.C. No.7896 of 2014 on 08.04.2016, the following directions were issued : "11. The IOCL shall consider the petitioner's complaint and pass orders afresh after observing the procedure by granting opportunity as well as supplying materials relied upon, to the petitioner in terms of Clause 18 of the brochure. The IOCL shall decide the matter on its own merits without being influenced by any observation as may have been made herein, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production

It is stated by learned counsel appearing for the appellant that the Indian Oil Corporation has not taken a decision as directed in para 11 as indicated hereinabove.

If that be so, a decision be now taken and communicated to the petitioner within 30 days. In case a decision has already been taken, the same be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.
