JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.86 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Taking into consideration that huge quantity of liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The same is accordingly dismissed.
