The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 504 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that a partnership deed was prepared in between the petitioner and five others for parking of the vehicles. It has been alleged that the accused persons have not kept the account record and on that account five persons have left the company and still the accused persons are running the parking slot and the amount which he is entitled is not being

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36367 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2 /2 paid. It appears that it is case of civil dispute. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Rakesh Kumar Singh, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No.810 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
