The instant case has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 23.11.2020 inasmuch as in the operative portion instead of "to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Saharsa", due to typographical error "to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Sitamarhi" has been typed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the prayer portion of the bail application it has correctly been typed as "to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Saharsa".
