The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioners had transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused, namely, Amar Kumar and Pinkesh Kumar. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent and there is no other material against the petitioners, save and except, confessional statement of the coaccused before the police. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the
