This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bihpur (Jhandapur) P.S. Case No. 59 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 120-B, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 82 of the Registration Act, 1908.
Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.
