2. The petitioners are in custody since 09.01.2026 in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 206/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/120(B)/363/ 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are accused of killing Madina Khatoon because she was having illicit relationship with one Rohit Paswan.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. He further submits that there is no eye witness of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31108 of 2026(3) dt.02-07-2026 2/2 the alleged offence. He next submits that co-accused namely Md. Tahir has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 9.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72720 of 2023.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the co-accused has already been granted bail, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court below in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 206/2022.
