The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made for kidnapping of minor girl. Doctor has assessed the age of victim girl in between 18 to 20 years. The victim girl has made statement under Section 164 of Code of Criminal Procedure in which she has stated that she has gone voluntarily along with one Ram Janam Paswan and entered into marriage.
