2. Today, learned counsel for the State Mr. Saroj Kr. Sharma AC to AAG-2 filed show cause on behalf of the Opposite Party Nos. 3 to 5 while enclosing Annexure- R/A to R/E insofar as removal of encroachment which is the subject matter of the present lis.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that orders of this court has been complied. At the same time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that such of those illegal encroachers they have shifted to lands of the
Patna High Court MJC No.1269 of 2023(5) dt.06-05-2024 2/2 petitioner as on this day, it is a fresh cause of action in this regard if the petitioner approaches the concerned/competent authority, the competent authority must take necessary steps at the earliest for the reasons that merely certain persons approaching this court for removal of certain encroachment land and in the guise of implementation of removal of illegal encroachment they cannot further encroach some other properties. In this regard, all the officials who are concerned shall cooperate with the petitioner insofar as removal or any illegal encroachment alleged to have made by the illegal encroachers.
4. With the above observations, the present MJC contempt petition stands dropped.
5. Personal appearance of Dr. Nawal Kishore Chaudhary D.M. Bhagalpur stands dispensed.
