ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 09-09-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made representations to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Begusarai i.e. Respondent No. 4 herein. The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 4 to pass necessary orders on the representation dated 02.02.2023 made by the petitioner duly taking into consideration the earlier orders

Patna High Court CWJC No.7694 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 dated 05.09.2022 passed by the Block Supply Officer, Begusarai. The authority shall endeavour to resolve the issue as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to observe that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
