Having heard learned counsel for the appellant, we dispose of this appeal granting liberty to the appellant to file an appeal before the District Teachers' Appointment Appellate Authority and the Authority shall proceed in the matter in accordance with law without being influenced by the order dated 21.3.2012 passed by the learned Writ Court in C.W.J.C.
