Having regard to the fact that the petitioner assails the order of suspension dated 9.7.2015 which is only in contemplation of the departmental proceeding, and such suspension is permissible in terms of Rule 9 of Bihar Government Servant (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, this Court, in absence of any challenge to such order of suspension on the ground of its being without jurisdiction or malafide, would not be inclined to interfere with the same. That being so, this writ application is wholly misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
