2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 274, 275 of the B.N.S. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 40.5 liters of English wine was recovered from a car, which was parked in front of hotel of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized vehicle and has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27956 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 of the case and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. 3, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Rajepur P.S.
