In view of the averments made in the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.3 as also the order contained in memo dated 13.12.2016 passed by the Director (Secondary Education), Bihar, Patna, as contained in Annexure-B to the aforesaid supplementary show cause, this Court is satisfied that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with and no case for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties herein is made out.

The present MJC application is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, it goes without saying that, in the light of

Patna High Court MJC No.2666 of 2015 (3) dt.21-12-2016 the aforesaid order contained in memo dated 13.12.2016 (Annexure-B to the supplementary show cause), the monetary benefits to the petitioner shall be paid without any unnecessary further delay.
