2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Supaul PS Case No.995 of 2022 dated 26.10.2022, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that one loaded country made pistol and one missed fire cartridge was recovered from his possession.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner and he has been implicated in this case due to village politics. The petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2022 having

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in Supaul Town PS Case No.995 of 2022.
