Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Office, within a period of four weeks after restoration of normalcy.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Alipur P.S. Case No. 17/18 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498(A), 387, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of committing torture upon the victim due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

The earlier anticipatory bail application was disposed of with a liberty that if the petitioner would surrender in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38694 of 2021(2) dt.11-08-2021 2/2 Court below and pray for regular bail, the Court below would take into consideration that the anticipatory bail had already been granted to the husband of the victim.

This Court does not find any merit to interfere with the earlier order dated 08.02.2019 vide Cr. Misc. No. 7060/2019 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 08.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7060 of 2019 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. (Sudhir Singh, J) Pankaj/- U T
