Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1666 of 2017, Trial No. 995 of 2018, lodged for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per complaint petition is that petitioner has snatched Rs.15,000/- and gold chain from the complainant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that this case is counter blast to the earlier case filed by the petitioner against the complainant and others under Sections 304B and 498A IPC and in order to create pressure upon the petitioner this false case has been filed.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1666 of 2017, Trial No. 995 of 2018. subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
