JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for direction to the respondents as to make an enquiry about the fake educational degree of B. Ed. possessed by private respondent (Respondent No.5), and after due enquiry his appointment as a Teacher made in Nanizore High School (Madhyamik), Buxar, be cancelled and the appointment of the petitioner on that very post be made keeping in view his rank in the merit list, prepared for appointment of 10+2 teachers in the year 2007 in Buxar District.

The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.15961 of 2012 (3) dt.04-09-2017 2/2 application for redressal of his grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Buxar within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
