The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maigra P.S. Case No. 50 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 392 of IPC.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that two cases were registered after the present case against the petitioner and as such on the date of occurrence no other case was pending against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2020. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner since 02.02.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner on deposit of Rs. 50,000/- cash. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24818 of 2020(2) dt.24-09-2020 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Sherghati Gaya in connection with Maigra P.S. Case No. 50 of 2019, subject to deposit of Rs. 50,000/- Cash. The deposit of Rs.50,000/- Cash shall abide by the final outcome of the present Criminal Case.
