The petitioner seeks bail in Thawe P.S. Case No. 30 of 2021 (Trial No. 9 of 2021), registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 8(c), 20(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

As per the F.I.R., petitioner was apprehended with one motorcycle and one mobile phone.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no arms or any psychotropic substance has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 08.02.2021. Chargesheet has been submitted.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
