JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mani Kant Mishra, learned GP No. 25.

The present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of willful disobedience to an order dated 27.8.2012 passed in CWJC No. 11912 of 2012. By the said order a bench of this court while disposing of the writ petition directed the Principal Secretary, Department Of Health to conduct an enquiry in respect of appointment of the petitioner and pass a speaking order.

Patna High Court MJC No.630 of 2013 (9) dt.27-01-2015 2/2 In this case a show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 1 and 2 and along with the show cause a detailed order dated 17.9.2014 vide Annexure - 'G' to the show cause has been brought on record.

Learned State Counsel submits that during enquiry appointment of petitioner was found as fake, and as such, a detailed order has been passed.

In view of the fact that after enquiry the Principal Secretary has passed a detailed order vide Annexure - 'G', there is no need to further proceed with the matter. The petition stands disposed of.
