2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 366, 366(A), 120B of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 213 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the prosecution story is quite improbable.

4. Learned APP on the other hand opposes the anticipatory bail petition relying on the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44470 of 2016 (3) dt.06-02-2017 Procedure as recorded in the Case Diary to submit that there are specific accusations against the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed.
