The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of appropriate order/writ or direction to the respondents to implement the order/direction of this Hon'ble court for payment of the legal dues and consequential benefits after reinstatement in service by the Award of the Industrial Tribunal, Patna in Reference case no 17 of 2004 which was confirmed in CWJC No 13014 of 2005 and in LPA no 1334 of 2010 as the petitioner is being paid less amount of salary and benefits than employees appointed with the petitioner in spite of regular

Patna High Court CWJC No.17483 of 2015(2) dt.04-10-2023 2/2 request. The petitioner is getting Rs.8000/- whereas others are getting more than 15000/- Petitioner was also not paid TA on transfer as per the Labour Manual and increment after reinstatement in service resulting in loss of pay and in other benefits of service."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Chairman, Central Silk Board, Banglore, for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered expeditiously, in light of the award passed by the learned Labour Court as also the judgment dated 13.01.2011, passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court, in LPA No.1334 of 2010.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
